Are Velcro patches and hook-and-loop patches the same thing?+
Hook-and-loop is the generic name for the two-part fastening system. VELCRO is a brand name often used informally for it. Tell us if your specification requires genuine VELCRO brand material so we can confirm availability in the quote.
Should I choose an embroidered or PVC face with hook-and-loop backing?+
Choose embroidery for a classic stitched texture and uniform-style badge. A molded PVC face with hook-and-loop backing suits raised designs and outdoor gear. The face and backing are separate choices; send your artwork and use conditions for a recommendation.
What is the minimum order for custom Velcro patches?+
The standard bulk MOQ is 200 pcs per design and construction. Different designs and constructions are quoted separately. Sample development is available before bulk production.
Do you include the matching loop piece?+
Specify hook backing only if your garment or gear already has a compatible loop panel. If it does not, request a matching sew-on loop piece with each patch and confirm this in the quote.
Can I attach a hook-backed patch directly to any fabric?+
