Select embroidered, woven, PVC or chenille patches. Tell us your preferred size or we'll recommend based on your design and application.

Confirm Backing & Border

Choose sew-on, iron-on, Velcro or adhesive backing. Select merrowed, heat-cut or laser-cut border to match your design and product.

Review Digital Proof

Our team prepares a production-ready digital proof showing your patch with exact colors, dimensions and details. You review and confirm.

Sample Approval

For larger orders, we recommend a pre-production sample. Check the physical patch before committing to full production.

Bulk Production & Delivery

After approval, production begins. Every batch goes through quality inspection before packaging and shipping to your destination.
